Bentley goes into real estate with its first ever branded residences in Miami
What could possibly top driving down a beach in Miami in one of Bentley’s most luxurious cars?
Returning home to the Bentley Residences, of course. The latest to join Sunny Isles Beach’s star-studded lineup of designer properties, such as the Residences by Armani Casa, Acqualina, and Porsche Design Tower, is the world’s first Bentley-branded residences, and it’ll be designed specially for luxury car owners — naturally.
Designed by world-renowned architectural firm Sieger Suarez Architects and South Florida-based property developer Dezer Development, the condo behemoth will see the storied British car marque expand its presence even further in the US, and like any respectable automobile-driven property will accommodate all your priciest rides, Bentley or not.

Construction work begins in 2023, and when the building is completed three years later, it’ll be the tallest beachfront residential tower in the United States at 749 feet and over 60 stories high. By contrast, Porsche Design Residences (penned by the same architects, no less) sits at 641 feet or 60 stories.
Despite being backed by an automobile manufacturer, the Bentley Residences will see sustainability at its very heart. For one, it’ll be built in accordance with the Florida Green Building Council (FLGC) certification and other environmental regulations to protect the local environment and wildlife. Even the coastal lighting will be kept at a minimum to protect endangered sea turtles. Environmentally-safe building materials will also be used throughout, and the building will be engineered to reduce energy consumption in the long run.

In typical Miami fashion, however, the property isn’t shy to show that its dripping in luxury. Besides unparalleled ocean and bayside views in every apartment, the skyscraper has been designed to accommodate a patented car elevator at its core, which then leads into an in-unit, multi-car garage for ultimate exclusivity and privacy.
“The modern and progressive brand identity of Bentley Residences is at work in both the tower’s interior and exterior spaces, rooted in authenticity, sustainability and innovation,” said Adrian Hallmark, Chairman and CEO of Bentley Motors. “We’ve partnered with Dezer to create a living experience that expresses the very philosophy of the Bentley brand and stays true to our vision of inspiring extraordinary journeys.”

And extraordinary they’re destined to be. Each of the over 200 luxury apartments will see floor-to-ceiling windows, and like Bentley’s finest vehicles will be decked out to offer a sense of calm, not to mention be a welcomed sanctuary away from the over-eager spring breakers that flock to the city annually.
Sustainably-sourced materials and finishes will also be utilised within, from the apartments to the interior amenities like the gym, spa, whisky bar and restaurant. Each home will have its own private balcony, pool, sauna and some will even have an outdoor shower. Private and beautifully landscaped communal gardens will be manicured to echo the natural, beachside beauty outside.
“Partnering with Bentley Motors, a true global luxury brand and being able to create another first in the Miami marketplace is an extraordinary opportunity,” added Gil Dezer, President of Dezer Development. “With Bentley Motors, together we will create something inspiring, powerful and iconic – a true game-changer when it comes to luxury living.”
