Enter ALAIA Titiwangsa, the first community building by niche developer TAGO

Following the successful community concept introduced by TAGO (M) Sdn Bhd in its first high-rise property, Anjali North Kiara in 2018, the boutique developer now undertakes an exciting new project — ALAIA Titiwangsa.

ALAIA Titiwangsa comprises 436 units within its 1.6-acre serviced residence masterplan and is targeted to launch in December 2020. There are three layouts: a 3-bedroom at 1,012 sqft; 2-bedroom at 800sqft; and 1-bedroom at 635 sqft. There will be 18 curated shops on the ground level comprising a laundrette, mini mart, cafes and restaurants, catering to residents and the surrounding Titiwangsa community.

Located just minutes away from Taman Tasik Titiwangsa and Kuala Lumpur City Centre, ALAIA finds home in a strategic location with great connectivity around Klang Valley. The property is also easily connected through DUKE Highway, making daily commutes convenient for urban dwellers. It is sited in a mature township, surrounded by a cosy neighbourhood.

Within the property is a blueprint that is planned and designed as a community building, fostering a comprehensive community living experience amongst its residents.

What is community living?

Unlike other new developments in the city, ALAIA prides itself for introducing a community element into the DNA of its blueprints. While one may look at this as a unique selling point to elevate the property value of this high-rise project, ALAIA brings it up a notch by placing a credible Community Manager in-situ to inject a wholistic experience for residents of ALAIA.

The team behind ALAIA also ups the ante by making sure that facilities are put to good use and not left under-utilised. Many developers oftentimes promote the many facilities to differentiate themselves from others, but not walk the talk. Taking a more people-centric approach, ALAIA is echoing the same sentiments of those who are becoming more socially conscious — building a community that cares about neighbourliness, social responsibility and gotong-royong spirit.

The Community Manager is not only responsible for the various events within ALAIA, but also other activities beyond the property. This person is also the bridge to connect likeminded people with similar interests and bandwidth, creating harmonious clusters within the ALAIA community. For example, if you’re interested in hiking, the Community Manager is able to gather other residents with the same interest to hike together. This person will also be the one in charge of organising and coordinating — all you need to do is sign up and enjoy the camaraderie.

If you’re an small business owner or young creative, you are also encourage to organise intimate workshops or events through the Community Manager. Here, you are able to share skills, artistry, craftsmanship and even knowledge to your fellow neighbours. Think candle making, flower arrangement, language classes, and cooking events.

Adapting and innovating

Amidst the changing times, working from home has become a common culture. ALAIA wants to support its future residents by providing pragmatic facilities that go beyond aesthetics. Every unit in ALAIA comes with a functional room that can be a dedicated study room to cater to those who work from home. There is also a co-working space on the ground floor to allow residents to have meetings and discussions without having to leave the premise. A private meeting room is also available for the convenience of residents.

ALAIA is also thoroughly equipped with essential facilities that are used regularly. These include a jogging track, gym and a 25-metre infinity pool to allow residents to work out in a safe zone. The 25-metre rooftop pool also offers a majestic view of Kuala Lumpur city skyline. Functional entertainment spaces like the Sky Dining (a fully-fitted multipurpose hall), as well as green spaces on level 7 and B3, enable residents to interact responsibly with friends and family with peace of mind.

On top of that, ALAIA will also be providing an activity van that will double as a shuttle service to Titiwangsa LRT/MRT stations, as well as for joint activities planned by the Community Manager for residents.

Making a difference

TAGO understands that while there are numerous stratified community-living in Malaysia, only few promote engagements among their residents. At ALAIA, the main objective is to build life and inspire possibilities. The developer wants to engage with buyers and further improve the common areas within ALAIA even after the project is completed — as validated through a proven track record at Anjali North Kiara.

With a people-first, community-centric approach, ALAIA will be the first community building in Malaysia that takes care of its residents wholistically.
