1. Stripe

Average annual compensation: USD 269,917

Stripe is a fintech giant based out of California and Dublin. The company offers payment processing solutions for online businesses. They build software that lets businesses accept payments, manage subscriptions, and handle financial transactions.

Stripe offers professional opportunities in software engineering, product development and business operations. Advancement often involves specialisation, leadership roles, and contributing to Stripe’s global success.

Stripe’s top executives, including the CEO and co-founders, often receive competitive salaries such as USD 450,000 and are reported to benefit from the company’s substantial valuation.

 2. Meta  

Average annual compensation: USD 263,640

Meta is one company that needs no introduction, at least, to this generation.
