Epik High to bring their THE PUMP Asia tour to Malaysia in August 2024

If you’ve been following K-pop since the golden era of second-generation groups—TVXQ!, Super Junior, BIGBANG, Girls’ Generation, and many more—you’re in for a treat. Epik High, the renowned South Korean hip-hop trio, has recently announced their return to Malaysia as part of their THE PUMP 2024 Asia tour.

The official announcement was made on Instagram by the group’s leader, Lee Seon Woong, more popularly known as Tablo or fans of the KBS show The Return of Superman might recognise him as Haru’s father from the earlier seasons. Tablo, along with his fellow group members Mithra Jin and DJ Tukutz, form Epik High, a trio that has been considered the pioneers of K-hip-hop with their gripping performances and innovative music.

Before hitting the road for their Asia tour, Epik High has planned a major comeback in June with the release of their debut mixtape, aptly named PUMP. This exciting release has already created a buzz amongst their global fanbase. Besides Malaysia, the group will also be performing in several other cities in Asia, including Macau and Taipei. Furthermore, they’ve hinted at additional cities, the details of which will be shared in due course.
