Sabato De Sarno’s Spring Summer 2025 collection for Men’s was unveiled in Milan’s Triennale Milano. Here’s all you need to know.
On 17 June, Creative Director Sabato De Sarno presented his latest menswear collection for Gucci, taking the occasion to Milan’s iconic Triennale Milano. On his latest looks, he said: “This collection speaks of encounters – incontri – between the city and the beach, and among people who love life. Ultimately, it speaks about freedom. I feel free when there is no distance between my words and my thoughts, between my actions and my heart. I hope that people feel free and welcomed in my clothes”.
From that very statement itself, we can tell that Gucci Men’s Spring Summer 2025 is an allusion to liberty and self-expression. Models appear on the runway in vivid hues and motifs that juxtapose with the classic black and white shades. For the ensemble, De Sarno showcased designs heightened by his compelling tenure at the House so far. From the embossed leather used on boxy leather jackets to wool coats and applique embroidered flowers on bowling shirts, there’s something dynamic for everyone.
Guests such as Billkin, Serena Williams, Paul Mescal, Mark Ronson and Zhou Yiran watched as Gucci sent notable accessories down the runway — like the Horsebit loafers with a sculptural pointed toe, gaberdine canvas twill on a bucket bag as well as chunky sunglasses. This time, De Sarno also introduced valigeria-inspired bags; crafted using brushed leather.
Gucci’s colourful Men’s Spring Summer 2025 collection welcomes the season with open arms: an invitation to joyful dressing and the embodying of holiday spirit. Whether imbued with intriguing prints or decked in monochromatic hues, De Sarno is here to get the fun going in his own ways.
