Demon Slayer to conclude epic saga with trilogy of animated films in cinemas

The Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba “all-out war” will conclude in cinemas in three animated films.

Crunchyroll has just announced that the final arc will be brought to the big screen in a three-part conclusion. While the Hashira Training Arc has just concluded, where the Corps sensed something big was coming after Muzan discovered Nezuko and her new-found “ability,” the Castle was always relatively unknown by the Corps. Acting as Muzan’s stronghold where the Upper-Rank Kizuki congregate, this castle was only witnessed early on by Serpent Hashira Obanai Iguro and Wind Hashira Sanemi Shinazugawa.

Crunchyroll made the announcement of the cinematic trilogy acting as the 5th season with, “Crunchyroll is thrilled to be able to bring this trilogy of films to fans, on the big screen, and it promises to be one of the truly epic and consequential pop-cultural events of our time when it hits theaters.”

No official release date has been mentioned but as Seasons 4 has just concluded, it might be some time before we get a trailer. It will be worth the wait as the wrapping up of the story will be an epic one, as all Hashira descend into the Infinity Castle to do battle against Muzan and his strongest demons.
